We are a dynamic company operating in the field of international trade and are currently looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to support our team in distribution logistics.

Your responsibilities:

Organizing and handling imports (conventional and organic products) via sea, air, and rail freight
Planning and coordinating truck transports across Europe
Monitoring inventory and performing stock checks
Preparing and issuing invoices Ensuring smooth operations along the entire supply chain
Collaborating with partners and service providers, and managing documents throughout the logistics process

Your profile:

Experience in logistics, ideally with a focus on international transport
Preferred: Familiarity with TRACES (Trade Control and Expert System)
Strong commercial understanding and a structured way of working
Reliability, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Confident use of MS Office and other relevant IT systems
Good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus

Bereich des internationalen Handels und suchen ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Logistiker/in (m/w/d), der/die unser Team im Bereich Distributionslogistik unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Organisation und Abwicklung von Importen (konventionelle und Bio-Produkte) über See-, Luft- und Bahntransporte
Planung und Koordination europaweiter LKW-Transporte
Überwachung der Lagerhaltung und Bestandsprüfung
Durchführung von Fakturierungen
Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe entlang der Transportkette
Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Dienstleistern sowie Bearbeitung von Dokumenten im Logistikprozess

Ihr Profil:

Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise mit Bezug zu internationalem
Transport
