Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) for Distribution Business (ENG ver)

We are a dynamic company operating in the field of international trade and are currently looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to support our team in distribution logistics.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing and handling imports (conventional and organic products) via sea, air, and rail freight
  • Planning and coordinating truck transports across Europe
  • Monitoring inventory and performing stock checks
  • Preparing and issuing invoices Ensuring smooth operations along the entire supply chain
  • Collaborating with partners and service providers, and managing documents throughout the logistics process

Your profile:

  • Experience in logistics, ideally with a focus on international transport
  • Preferred: Familiarity with TRACES (Trade Control and Expert System)
  • Strong commercial understanding and a structured way of working
  • Reliability, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Confident use of MS Office and other relevant IT systems
  • Good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus

Logistiker (m/w/d) für das Distributionsgeschäft in Europa (DE ver)

Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen im
Bereich des internationalen Handels und suchen ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Logistiker/in (m/w/d), der/die unser Team im Bereich Distributionslogistik unterstützt.

 Ihre Aufgaben:  

  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Importen (konventionelle und Bio-Produkte) über See-, Luft- und Bahntransporte             
  • Planung und Koordination europaweiter LKW-Transporte             
  • Überwachung der Lagerhaltung und Bestandsprüfung             
  • Durchführung von Fakturierungen          
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe entlang der Transportkette
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Dienstleistern sowie Bearbeitung von Dokumenten im Logistikprozess

 Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise mit Bezug zu internationalem
    Transport
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von TRACES (Trade Control and Expert System)
  • Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  •  SichererUmgang mit MS Office und anderen relevanten IT-Systemen
